back in the swing

i'm once again getting back in the swing again. things have changed in 5 years and so have the people and boards. all new chemicals to research too! i had made a come back before but having a herniated disc in my neck kinda put a stop to things abruptly...know what i'm sayin!

it's time to bring this board back to life. this board is way more 'homey' for me than any other present boards that i go to.

anyone know mary lado? she's a personal friend of mine and i'm pretty sure she'll wax everyone at the olympia.

Yea i completly agree with ya bro. This board is like a home to me along with Promuscle but we need to step this board back up. I don't know mary but have seen some pics(i think) and she looks good.

I found out in Jan that I have a herniated disc in my neck--that was after about 6 weeks of chiro stuff that actually seemed like it did more damage. Went to the doc in Jan and he prescribed Lyrica and I have been on it since. Right now, the pain has subsided, but if it comes back I am not going through that pain again. Absolutely awful.

Anyway, glad to hear you are getting back into it. Welcome back.
