I know when I am trying to up my bench i keep the reps around 6. My warm up is usually 5-8 minutes of cardio, a good 2 sets of 25 reps really light, and then i do sets of 4-6 reps adding weight until I am at my working weight range.

stretch alot of stretching i get that blood pumping joints feeling good,stretching is apart of my routine religously between every set &
amp; i keep the volume very low
