I have been out of gym for a while now...2 years...havent really gotten fat or anything but have put on a little weight in the wrong areas like my gut and butt. Im hoping to make a big come back...and a sup that has worked previously for my is
creatine. However, because of the cell voluminising effects I tend to enhance what little fat i have on my body.
So what i wanna do is ripp a bit ...get defined...get my 6 pack back....and lean up before taking
creatine to to start bulking and building muscle mass.
I recently bought the new Hydroxycut Hardcore sup...and im fairly new to using ripping suppliments as I naturally have a fast metabolism...but to assist with the process as well as to show some quick results ive decided to take Hydroxycut....
Can anyone tell me which is the best way to take the suppliment thats most effective.
