Ok, Ive read many different ways of how to run T3. I read how to run it for 3 weeks and 4 weeks--starting at 25mcg and bumping up the dosage every 3 or 4 days until you reach 100mcg and then drop back down from there at 25mcg until you are back to nothing.

I saw 75-100mcg for 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

I read use your bodyweight as a measurement so, if one weighed 200, they would use 200mcg.

Now, BigA in a previous article wrote about using clen and t3 together (was in the dieting/competition article.

Of course, BigA has never pointed me in the wrong direction, but Im not getting ready for a competition or anything like that and I was wondering what recommendations would be made for dropping some fat? Also, I was under the impression that clen was used 2 weeks on/off?

Havent used T3 before (have used clen), so I just want some thoughts on how to use it as Im sitting right now at 244 and want to shed some fat.

Life is good, rajjin...hope things are well with you.

Well, right now just trying to do my homework and gather some insight as to T3 use. Not ready to handover my lucky charms just yet. I just hate reading so many different ways on how to do it--just gets too confusing.

Im wondering about Synthetine as well (taking this in addition to), or maybe to start taking this first and clean up the diet (more--actually, I have been eating 'pretty good')...but I still would like to know more about T3 and effective ways to use it.

How do slide? I run T3 once in a while. This is what I do.
12.5mcg wk1
25mcg wks 2-3
12.5mcg wk 4

I'm not an extremist as you can see. And someting like this will let you know how your going to respond.

here's what i used to do.

Bro, I start off with 25mcg's then bump it up 25mcg's every 4th or 5th day. Go up to 125 or 150mcgs then taper back down. but as you said Big A is the expert on T3. later
