Little Help

Yet another question and/or help--Right now on Test/Deca and growing, but Im afraid that Im putting on too much fat right now--I mean, I can put on weight very easily and I get a roll just driving by McDonalds. Anyway, below is what I have been eating daily for the past few weeks but Im just getting a little too large in the stomach area. I do have 2 cups of black coffee in the morning (between 8 and 11) and on occasion a diet coke with my 12pm meal. Also, right now I am doing 2 days of 30mins cardio. Any thoughts/suggestions?

0500—Gym

0630—1/2 cup oatmeal (w/ 3-4 tablespoons of natural apple sauce)
¾ cup of yogurt
1 Banana
Shake (65gm protein)
Glass of Gatorade/Water

0930—1 Apple
1 Chicken Breast

1200—Steak
Vegetables (broccoli/cauliflower)

1430—1 Shake
1 Apple

1700—Chicken Breast
Salad
Vegetables

1830—Fruit/Celery

2000—Shake (Bedtime bottle)

2030--Bed

1 to 11/2 gallons of water per day.

Personally, if you're happy with the size / strength gains you're getting & are content with what you're eating, I'd just add in 2 extra days of cardio & increase all 4 cardio sessions to 45min each.
This way you're still getting all the food you seem to be growing on & the few spill over cals that may be stopping to take the guided tour of your mid section will be utilised by the little extra cardio.
Or the other way is to look at changing what you eat every day & as you're goal is to gain size etc we don't really need to be looking at restricting that to any majior extent so by adding the cardio in it's really a win win situation for you. It 1: Helps keep the "excess" weight off & 2: Keeps the old ticker much healther at the same time.

I had the same thing happen with Deca and Test cycle Slide. Pittbull is spot on the money with his advice, because that is exactly how I combated the hip role, I had vascular shoulders, inner pec definition and this ugly bastard of a spare tyre LOL.

Up the Cardio and drink shit loads of water.

On top of this I eventually took Big A advice with a cycle of Clenbuterol and Injectable l-carnitine. But I did well with just Cradio 4 x weekly and at least 3 litres of water a day.

I have a very similar problem. My legs and upper body have good separation by I seem fat in my midsection.

Since I really struggle to do any cardio, esp since my stepper broke, I can't say to avoid it.

What has really seemed to help me is to replace protein drinks with real food (I was taking about same # as you). I cut down from eating 8x to 7x ED and my middle has started to shrink. I was going to post my recent experiences with digestive cleanse at PM.

Thanks for the info, bros. I have added two more days of cardio (man, does this suck). I do like the way I am growing--just not enjoying the extra girth in the midsection. Hopefully the extra cardio will help. I think Im drinking plenty of water--peeing every 20 mins (it feels like).

Xcel--do you recommend cutting out the midday shake and replacing that one? Or does it matter? Thoughts (anyone?)?

I just seem to have an easier time losing BF by eating real food over protein drinks. So - I'd replace that afternoon drink with food.
