Yet another question and/or help--Right now on Test/Deca and growing, but Im afraid that Im putting on too much fat right now--I mean, I can put on weight very easily and I get a roll just driving by McDonalds. Anyway, below is what I have been eating daily for the past few weeks but Im just getting a little too large in the stomach area. I do have 2 cups of black coffee in the morning (between 8 and 11) and on occasion a diet coke with my 12pm meal. Also, right now I am doing 2 days of 30mins cardio. Any thoughts/suggestions?
0500—Gym
0630—1/2 cup oatmeal (w/ 3-4 tablespoons of natural apple sauce)
¾ cup of yogurt
1 Banana
Shake (65gm
protein)
Glass of Gatorade/Water
0930—1 Apple
1 Chicken Breast
1200—Steak
Vegetables (broccoli/cauliflower)
1430—1 Shake
1 Apple
1700—Chicken Breast
Salad
Vegetables
1830—Fruit/Celery
2000—Shake (Bedtime bottle)
2030--Bed
1 to 11/2 gallons of water per day.
