Newbie here first question

I'am new here and would first like to thank Big A for having such a wonderful board for all of us to visit, I acually voyered several boards before I decided to go with this one, because of the knowledge everyone seemed to have about the sport, and lifestyle we all choose.......bodybuilding.

Anyways here is my question. I have used gear in the past about 4 years ago with really good results, after I got some good results I just quit. I've maintained most but not all of my gains, and now I'm ready to start again. My current stats are as follows....5'11" 260lbs. 18% BF 26yrs. old. I'am looking to drop down to around 5-7% BF and gain some more mass. I generally eat relativly clean except for the ocassional fast food or pizza and work out 5 x's a week. Please give me a recommedation for a good cycle that would give me the resuls I'am looking for, and for how long should I stay on the cycle.

First bro--welcome to the board, great bunch of guys around here. Second, I would recommend coming up with your own cycle first and post it here and have some of the guys here critique and provide recommendations from there.

Also, BigA has some articles posted as well that talk about gear use, etc--those are a good read and will provide a good foundation as well. Best of luck.

On a side note, isnt 5-7% BF pretty low--like contest (or thereabouts) low? Maybe it just seems like it to me because Im such a fatass, but just wondering.

I agree with slide here.

Do a little reasearch / reading, come up with the cycle you like & think will work best for you then post it here so we can give you advice & help the best we can. It's always best to read & learn than just follow blindly.

5-7% bodyfat off season is IMO to low, you should be looking at round the 8-10% mark. You'll still have abbs at around that % & find it a little eaiser to maintain.

Always good to see some new company come onboard. I agree with slide and Pitbull here. Just do some research for a while and talk to some people and read about their experiences. But one cycle I would suggest is Test E or Cyp/EQ or Deca/ and some winny at the end. This is a great choice for adding mass and leaning up some if your diet is clean. But do some research on different cycles and soon you will figure out what you want to do. if you have any questions just Holla. Later

im also new here and currently looking for more mass im 26 155lbs working out with nothing for 2 yrs just eating 7-8 meals a day my starting weight was 134lbs so iv gained alot just recently purchased a 5 week supply of dbol and a 10week of deca and sustanon250 and clomid for my pct my question is how much mass will i gain with 200mg ew of deca and 500mg ew of susanon and 30mg ed of dbol for 5 weeks
