Newbie here first question
I'am new here and would first like to thank Big A for having such a wonderful board for all of us to visit, I acually voyered several boards before I decided to go with this one, because of the knowledge everyone seemed to have about the sport, and lifestyle we all choose.......bodybuilding.
Anyways here is my question. I have used gear in the past about 4 years ago with really good results, after I got some good results I just quit. I've maintained most but not all of my gains, and now I'm ready to start again. My current stats are as follows....5'11" 260lbs. 18% BF 26yrs. old. I'am looking to drop down to around 5-7% BF and gain some more mass. I generally eat relativly clean except for the ocassional fast food or pizza and work out 5 x's a week. Please give me a recommedation for a good cycle that would give me the resuls I'am looking for, and for how long should I stay on the cycle.
