Two totally different things.
This is how
fat loss works:
fat gets transported from the fat stores accross the mitochondria into the cells to get burnt.
Cenbuterol is a fat burner, so once the fat is inside the cells, clenbuterol can burn it.
l-carnitine is a fat transporter. It carries the fat from the stores, accross the mitochindria. It is the only carrier that exists to do this job.
Clenbuterol will not burn any fat unless it's in the cells to get burned.
You can say that l-carnt is the limiting factor in
fat burning, as you can only burn as much fat as it is being transported, regardless of how many fat burners you take.
So to answer your question, you have to use both.
