does any one know the best way to get rid of gyno. I am not even sure if what i have is actually gyno but when i squeeze my nipples some type of clear fluid comes out. they have also grown a little mis shaped. people have told me that i could take some type of suplement to get rid of this? is this true ?

are you or were you taking any aas?

are they tender when you press them? do you have any lumps behind the nipple?

to me sounds like high levels of progesterone. Vitamin B6 at 400 mgs/day should help keep it in check, then you can lower to 200 mgs once the fluid is gone.

I had a buddy that had a similar problem so I gave him some Letro and nolvadex and 1 week later it cleared up for him. give it a try

yes its from steriods. how much of the nolva should i take ?

Do 1 x Femara per day and 40 to 60mg/day Nolvadex until it clears up. Then use the Femara 2 or 3 times per week.

While attending to this problem by using the nova and the ferma should i not be using any other steriods? and where can i find info on ferma?

It won't really matter. the anti-es will do their jobs either way.
Femara (letrozole) info is freely available everywhere. Do a Search here or on professionalmuscle.com or on steroidprofiles.com or on yahoo/google/etc.
