TEST help

Hi guys, I am new to the world of gear only done small cycle of Propionate and later some Clenbuterol (powder form Ventapulman).
I am now three weeks into a eleven week cycle of Spectriol. I want size and strenght. (who doesn't? lol)

SPECTRIOL
Methandriol Diproprionate 20mg/ml
Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 15mg/ml
Testosterone Cypionate 10mg/ml
Testosterone Propionate 10ml/mg
Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate 10mg/ml

I was cycling as follows 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, 5ml, but I am now going to split the 5ml shots into two 2.5ml per week for the next six week then drop to 3ml, 3ml, 2ml, 2ml. I am also about to blend 4ml of Deca once a week as well.

Not big dosages I know but I can't be too obvious in my my linw of work.

Does this sound right am I missing something? I am 5'7 112kg (dieting down) 18 inch cold bi's and benching 310lbs for low reps (not impressive I know but am coming back from a five year layoff).

Any advice is welcome.

Thumbs up

Sounds like your doing good and on track.
Im not familiar with that product But it looks like a good blend just low mg.
If the gains are still happening I say just keep it up the way you are.
Yes with the prop in there it may not be a bad idea to split it up and take it 2x a week. Goodluck

Spectriol is made by RWR labs in Australia and comes in 10ml bottles. The ingred are:
Methandriol 20mg/ml
Nandralone Phenyl-Propionate 15mg/ml
Testosterone Propionate 5mg/ml
Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate 10mg/ml
Testosterone Cypionate 5mg/ml
Testosterone Enanthate 10mg/ml
Total of 6 @ 65mg/ml

The few athletes who have used this drug were pleased with what they saw; quality gains in strength and size. They said it worked like injectable Dianabol. It will not aromatise much and it is not very toxic to the liver.

I'd be inclined to say you're useing the protein shakes a little to much. I'd look at getting in a lot more real food & then use the shakes as a supplement to your diet rather than most of it. I'd also be having both the omelete & oatmeal for your 1st meal.

Hi Bro's, am I over doing the protien all together? If not any suggestions on a suitable replacement on the protien shakes, it is just I am not a huge eater and I found it easier to injest a shake instead of food.

Any good recipes.

Tuna is a cheap easy way to get in protein, BigKiwi goes through a truck load a day lol. It makes it really easy to eat as he said also!

Hi guys, ok got the idea on the whole food theory, I also believe you are right because I was reading about how I am most likely to up my metabolic rate digesting FOOD protein.

Next question: How much protein can I use in a sitting? so say a tin of tuna has 42g of protein in it, how much or how many in one sitting do I have to eat to have a desired affect and also utilise it with out waste?

Sorry if these questions are stupid LOL.

Thats a great Question....
Id like to here the answer to this one from the Pros here myself also/
BigA? BigKiwi?

Ive always 'heard' 50g at a setting and anymore is waste.
Just not sure If I beleive it though. Im thinking If A Guy sits down and eats
1-2Lb of steak that has to be better for growth then Just stopping eating at 50g Mark?

I agree to a point, though if the fuel tank is full it is full. You can't put more in till the engine has used at least some of the previous top-up. I would be lying if I said I knew the answers I am far from a nutrition expert otherwise I would have alot less bodyfat and maybe a nice six pack LOL, c'mon BigA stop the brain strain for us all LOL.

Oh yes, ask the mighty know it all!

Just think about this - a 200lb person, and a 250lb person have the same protein requirements and assimilation rates?
Apart from weight, you have the other factors - metabolism, stomach health, whether digestive enzymes are used or not, whether the thryoid is up to scratch or not or if it's overactive, whether the person has candida, whether it's a male or female, etc.

You simply cannot put a quantity on how much protein gets absorbed at a meal.

I always say, eat your 6 meals per day and have a protein shake with EVERY meal on top. You are eating too much protein, you will just excrete it. Make sure that you drink TONS of water all the time so your kidneys will not have any problems.

Sound advice again I love this place LOL.
Ok while we are on nutrition can anyone tell me the "ACTUAL" dose requirements for the various supp0lements out there that are of use.
I tell you what I currently use feel free to add others I should use.

1. creatine
2. Tribulus
3. bcaa
4. L-Carnatine

It is just the guy at the health food shop told me the label dose covers "average Joe" and not an intraining bodybuilder.

creatine - 30g per day for 10 days with high GI carb like maltodextrin, then 10g a day thereafter with high GI carb.
You have to use a quality micronised creatine - true quality creatine disolves instantly in water and ti's tasteless and you can't even tell it's there. All that feel like chalk or whatever other crap, is because they have fillers, regardless fo what the lable says.

Tribulus - current tribulus on the market is useless. Tribex from Bulgaria was th eonly one that worked and then all the other companies started copying it, but the problem was, the bulgarian version was too strong for the FDA/TGA, so what you buy now it's crap.

bcaa - you'll get plenty from your whey isolate shakes

L-carntinine - oral is useless. Only the injectible works, and at that is 400mg/day+ depending on your size.

Oh nearly forgot Big A! you mentioned that oral l-carnitine was useless. Trust me I am asking out of curiosity and not at all being a smart arse, but on another post I asked about l-carnitine and I was directed to a site to purchase quality l-carnitine, but at the bottom of the product description I read the following.

WARNING!
ORAL USE ONLY. NO LIABILITY ASSUMED
FOR ANY USE OTHER THAN INDICATED.
(I have not named site or product as I don't want problems just trying to learn more)

So is this product Injectible, I ask because I was inquiring at the time about a vet product as I heard injectible was better but could not find a human one in Australia. Pittbull or BIGKIWI may know different.

I am asking because as big as I get I still battle with fat around my hips & lower back and boy does it piss me off LOL. So I was going to take your advice on Clenbuterol and l-carnitine. I have also heard of a product "Primaforce LeanGreen" any idea about this?

Sorry for the constant questions hopefully others are getting help from your great questions as well. Thanks in advance.
