Bulking Help
I seem to have a tendency to put on alot of fat while bulking (relative term), I mean, I get fatter just driving by McD's or Wendy's or whatever. Right now, while trying to shed some fat, things are going ok, but it just almost seems counterproductive for me to put on so much weight (read fat) and then bust my ass trying to shed that fat and get down to a certain point to look "good" and start this all over again.
While bulking, should I throw in cardio in the mornings as well or instead of eating everything, be more selective with my meals? Just trying to stop this process and start making progress.
