No clen, it makes me feel sick when I use it =').
I'm on a low-glycemic index carb diet. Oats &
amp; rice bran in AM, and a red kidney bean/lentil/barley/pea mix - about 1 to 1-1/2 cup - 2-3 times a day, and green vegetables. Taking in between 350-400 grams
protein a day. Eat at least 6 meals a day.
Cramp in left forearm was SO BAD (all the f**kin time) that I had to use straps for my back workout today =gr) !
I got a cramp in my left calf when I was driving yesterday and thought I was going to put my foot through the floorboard!
My right-hand, middle knuck has been swollen for the last two weeks. Like I hit my fist aginst a wall (but I didn't) /p/ !
I try anything that will help!
