Red face NEWBY would like some assistance please

Hello all

My name is Raj and I have been training for a around 3 years on and off. Unfortunatley have not managed to put on as much mass as you would have thought after 3 years.
As a result I have decided that may be steriods may be the way to go.

I'm 30 and weigh in at around 160lbs.

I have done some research and it looks like dinabol i the way to go.

Any advice would be great!!

If youhave been training on and off, that is the problem. How is your diet? How much do you sleep? Do you take rec drugs?
Everything has to be perfect before you begin steroids. steroids don't fix things, they just allow you to work even harder by helping you recover quicker.
Dianabol should not be used by itself. You need a testosterone base and ideally an anabolic like deca as well. Then dianabol 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.

Read this:

It will answer all questions you may have.

Not sure how much mass I would expect to put on without being consistent for the past 3 years. I think the "way to go" would be to eat more food as 160lbs isnt very big--not a knock on you, just something to think about as that should be the first thing to consider, not gear. The article by BigA is a great read and obviously, is highly recommended. Stick around, ask questions--best of luck.

First off... read the article it is great. Then understand that you need to dedicate yourself to doing the basics every day. It is important to realize that if you want to be successful you make this a lifestyle change. You are certainly on the right track by asking questions and soliciting advice though! In my humble opinion there are three main things that one must dedicate themselves to if they are to add lean mass... 1) DIET 2) Training Intensity (you must train extremely hard) 3) REST. If you perfect these three things you will grow naturally like you are on AAS (to a point). Once you have determined that you have mastered these things and then feel you are at your maximum natural genetic potential you then only start researching AAS. Once you have a firm grasp of your goals you choose the appropriate types of AAS and apply them logically.

All too often folks jump to AAS as a way to just "get big" and this is the wrong way to proceed. You will find that if you have a solid natural physique the gains you make with AAS will be much easier to keep after you are off cycle. AAS is or can be expensive. If you have trained naturally (and correctly) for a few years you will also be better able to take full advantage of your investment. AAS are a very serious "tool" and should really only be used as described above.

All this being said, I wish you luck my brother... Just by coming in here and asking questions you are on the right track. Find something that inspires you and motivates you to train correctly and make the lifestyle change. Go natural for a while... Grasp and master the concepts of building your body and then... use the "tool."

I believe you got some great feedback here. Most of us want to get results fast but for long term gains, you need to be doing "everything" correctly. I've seen so many people "blow up" from taking 'roids, only to lose it all after their cycle.

ok

Alright since you are a newbie I will cut you some slack....Whay I mean is: NEVER ask for a source for anything illegal on here. It is against the forum rules and it's ILLEGAL.

I understand where you are so here is what I can tell you....
Test is testosterone (a synthetic of it) and so it mimics what test naturally does in the body. Now if administered w/o an ester (do a search on what esters are) it goes directly in the blood stream, causing the user to take it every day. So esters are attatched to prolong the release of test in the bloodstream making the drug last longer and have more of an effect.
Test is a great AAS, prolly the most effective, cost friendly, and the results speak for themselves.

I would suggest test. cypionate or enanthate @ 500mgs a week.
I would also stack it with some equipoise @ 4-600mgs a week.

Now here is some advice: check your pm's.
