I gatta tell ya that was my first reaction too. However, the bottom line is that there are bro's out there that are too young doing this and they prolly don't have anyone knowing they are cycling. I guess what I was saying is as a community we don't often address this type of thing and if the depression starts to feel like it is getting out of hand then don't be afraid to talk to SOMEONE. It's important to know and expext some emotional issues while on PCT. If you are going to do a cycle then it is your responsibility to understand the risks and be able to mitigate them adequately. Whatever your method is.
On the other hand I think it is important to call bullshit on the parents (all three of them) that are condemning
steroids as suicide inducing. Compared to the amount of users and the poor bastards that took their lives presumeably because of
steroid induced depression it's a drop in the bucket. It is a fallacy of composition. This common fallacy is commited when we assume the whole must have a characteristic because some part of the whole has that characteristic. Example: "The Dawson clan must be rolling in money because FRED Dawson makes a lot in his job." Fred might not share a dime with his clan. Now in terms of this case, "
steroids cause all depression related deaths because a couple
steroid users killed themselves."
This is a classic example of the masses not executing critical thinking in what they hear from the press. There is a sea of fallacy exuded by the press. Everyone (including the families of the kids that killed themselves) feel like they need a cause of some sort to promote. And they usually employ some sort of logical fallacy to "promote" their cause. Just remember... question EVERYTHING you hear...
