Is promuscle offline?

Everytime I put the URL in my browser it comes up as "page not found"? Is anybody else having this problem?

I keep getting " page cannot be displayed". I have deleated all my temp files, lowered my security settings and also my cookies. Funny thing is I can't access hotmail either. It says the same thing but I can get on other sites fine. Anybody know whats up?
