DHEA and Pregnenolone

Has anybody been on these before. Which one is preferred? I saw them at a health store and was interested in buying them.

Don't waste your money.

The study that DHEA manufacturers use to show that supposedly it works was performed on elderly women.
Basically, DHEA works under certain conditions - you have to be elderly, a woman and you have a to meet other conditions that were met during that study (can't remember them). Then ou will get 'some' results.

Generally, pro-hormones will give you more side effects and less results than steroids will, all at a higher price.

the only thing dhea did for me is make me blow a bigger nut, then i think it shut me down, lol
