HCG

I am about ready to start my post cycle therapy of clomid and HCG. The HCG that I got did not come with any vials of sterile water for mixing the HCG. However, I have plenty of Bacteriostatic water on hand. Am I going to alter the chemical composition of the HCG using Bacteriostatic water instead of plain sterile water?

I am planning on doing 2000 i.u. of HCG every 5th day for 2-3 weeks while taking clomid for the last 10 days of HCG administratrion. Should I increase the HCG dose to 5000 i.u. instead of 2000 i.u.? Any dosing advice or any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

I wouldn't use it post cycle or in dosages greater than 1500 (1000 really)iu. Read this: http://www.professionalmuscle.com/fo...ead.php?t=1190
Big A concurs with it being detrimental for post cycle use.

xcelbeyond,
Thank you! No hcg post cycle. I will wait for my next cycle and use the hcg during it. That was a great read. I read the entire thread and below is a thread that you shared with everyone on PM about reconstituting hcg.

"This site states (in BOLD) that reconstituted hcg will be kept stable for 60 days in fridge http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic3/chorionic_ids.htm ."

If you look at that website a little more it listed when reconstituted each vial contains such and such. At the very bottow of the list, benzyl alcohol was listed. Therefore they are using Bacteriostatic water instead of plain sterile water for reconstituting the powder. However, I looked at IP's website and they recommend not using Bacteriostatic water because it alters the pH of the hcg that they produce. It just happens that the hcg I got a hold of is IP's generic pregnyl.

Have you ever heard of "altering the pH" before with hcg? What do you recommend that I do.

IMHO, if you're mixing anything into a multi-use vial and DON'T USE BA, you have a boamb waiting to go off.

Water borne bacteria seems to be a major cause of abcesses - seen it happen to a LOT of bros. It's not an issue when you're mixing a single use dosage 'cause you're using it all, not "storing it" for future use.

I do know that hcg is sensitive (like GH) and you shouldn't shoot the water directly into the powder or shake it up - let the water trickle in on the inside of vial.
