Liquid T3 vs. T3 pills

I was wondering what the difference was, if any, between liquid T3 (Liothyronine sodium) that you can get ("for research purposes", says the company) vs. regular T3 pills. The liquid version is 100mcg/ml, and comes in 60 ml bottles. Can you expect the same results from both? The liquid version would be safe to take, no?
