Heavy cardio while on my cycle?

Question Heavy cardio while on my cycle?

Am going on a cycle of sus,t200,clomid, clen. I am used to a fairly decent cardio reg. Should I cut this from my routine? Or just cut it down some? Will it cause any abnormal heart growth?

I am 280lbs. and been eating tuna, sweet taters, and poached eggs. I want to shed the fat faster.

This is my first stacked cycle of any magnatude. The last was dbol and fina.

what i've read

training athletes, runners, weight lifter etc. usually have larger hearts. it is true that juicers will even expand their heart even more. this takes time however. I wouldnt worry, your doing the cycle to look better, so go for it. if you plan on doing a cycle for 3 years in a row, maybe you should get the heart echo cardiogramed. but unless your hardcore, i wouldn't sweat it!

Cardio

What or how long/frequency of sessions is you normal "fairly decent cardio reg" ??

I now do cardio year round, but just more as a maintanace level of 20min 3-4 x week....that is it....never more, never less.

If trying to lean out, I will just restrict calories more, if bulking up will just increase the cal more....

That sounds like my cardio, I do 30min. 4X in a 7day week.

I get hbpm to the 165 to 170 for about 25mins. These are the days in between lifting. I found that when when I listen to some "Godsmack" at near max volume, my heart tries to keep pace with the beat.

I can put on the heart monitor and turn on the tunes and concentrate real hard, and sitting in a chair not moving, I can jack up the rate by one third!

Not to be rude but how fat are you??? If you are only like 14% bf or something like that I wouldn't rush it, but if you are higher than 15% you may want to do more Cardio. Just don't overdo it cause when you finally cut up you may look like a skeleton, take it slow as to not lose to much muscle mass and load up on the gear, this probably goes against popular opinion but I probably double the amount of gear I'm on when cutting as opposed to bulking because I fear losing muscle worse than death!

Your a bigguy like myself I'm around 280 also at about 11% bf you must hate cardio cause I know I do, good luck!

Bigrig..

Well I dont really know my bod fat % But, I was in a car accident and had several surgeries on my acl. My legs atroph. to nothing and the time down eating loritabs and kingsize snicker barz really fixed me up right.

I have been training hard for the past 6mo. and have only started with the dbol and fina, for about the last 5 weeks.


I really cant tell a whole lot of difference, I am getting stronger and my legs are real nice, (unlike the rats where I lift) they all seem to worry about upper bod. They look like Christmas turkeys walking around on toothpicks.

My fat isnt as "hard" it does seem to be getting squishier.

I was supposed to start my cycle but, the package didnt arrive, again! I have learned my lesson, someone sends you half of your gear and sez, "go ahead and start" Dont! Dont start until you have everything you need for your whole cycle right in front of you!!!
