day 3) off
since im addicted to the gym i go in &
amp; do cardio &
amp; abs if i cant stay away,
day 4) day 1 all over agin but rearange the routine around
day 5) same as day 2 but rearange it around agin
day 6) off
day 7) well you get the idea same as day 1 &
amp; 4,so on &
amp; so fourth
its 1 set of balls to the wall,plenty of warms-ups but when thats said &
amp; done i HIT THAT SHIT HARD,1 set 3 diffrent exercises &
amp; 1 exercise is to failure the pump im getting is unreal staying full all day long &
amp; rarely sore,weight is going through the roof,can i get some opinions from the OG RIPPED MASS MEMBERS
