Male 30 yrs. I have spent enought money at GNC to choke a horse !!!! I weight about 205 lbs. I really don't know where to go or what to do with them, so I dedcied to find a web-site (such as this) that will allow me to get some experienced advise.

I tell you this... There are a few boards that allow open sources, but only international ones. nothing domestic for obvious reasons... And they are backed by a few really good guys!

Different boards have different rules
But my suggestion to you is stay here and learn as much as you can... I'm sure within the time it takes you to learn about gear, you'll have had made a friend!

I want to start competing in Powerlifting. I have always been alittle heavy(Fat). I want to lean up and get strong, but again I have not idea what to do. I find GH on-line for $49 to $400. I don't know which one is good or which one to stay away from.

Whats up with this Growth Factor -1? Any advise?

i would be very sceptical of anything i just came across on the web, as for wanting to lean up and get stronger, tren is always a safe bet, everyone here will agree it is great stuff, of course you can never go wrong with some test, 700 to 1200 mg per week range, maybe some dbol or anadrol for some extra size and strength, some novaldex, some clomid, and you are in business, remember, you will need to stack, and you are going to have to be able to stick yourself with a needle, frequently

the best thing you can do is just read the board. there is no way to gh for 49 bucks and it work. gh is a very expensive drug. check on the board, there are a few people who "talk" about it. i think IGF1man has a thread on it, read his threads. also, the board is full of people who can help you, you just have to stick around, this is like a fraternity, you have to be a member to gain access to membership items. good luck bro. and you may want to check the fina board out, fina is a legal steroid and it is the best strength drug and cutting drug around.

You survived the dredded first Question . Where can i get some Gear? If your just starting out stick with the basics. No need to jump right on Gh. Try some D-Bol stacked with some test either Sus or Cyp.I'd try something like30 - 50 mg's of D'd and around400 - 800 mg's of test a week .Try it out for 6 -8 weeks take a break and then try some other combinations out. Also try different doses. Goos Luck
