goals

just wondering what everyones goals were for summer...mine is to be 210lbs at 9-10% bf...I would be real happy with that...
goals are a big part of training for me..it keeps me motivated..
what are your recent goals as far as your body,training is concerned?

I want to be 230-40 at 9-10% for football this season (starts in 5 weeks)

You playing some semi-pro ball out yonder or something else?

I really miss playing ball. In the Corps, we played 8-Man which was alot of fun and pretty intense at times. Good luck with it, bro..

My goal for the end of August is to be 235 and 8 to 10% body fat. I really need to clean my diet up to make that happen. I will give it my best shot. Later fellas, bigwil

That is cool you used to play in the corp. I was in the Marines from Feb 1994 to Feb 1998. I was stationed on Camp Lejeune. I did a med float from Aug 1995 to Feb 1996. I miss the heck out of being a Marine. Later, bigwil

Good ole Camp Lejeune. I had a five year contract and just got out not too long ago. Spent essentially all my time there. I miss the comraderie for sure, but not all the BS that went along with it. But I guess you get used to it.

I do miss the Driftwood though and Southern Comfort. /t\

As far as football, there were like 16-20 teams around the base, New River, and Cherry Point that all fielded teams. It was great. Played for two years and we made the playoffs each year, but were bounced rather quickly/early. I didnt play this past year just in case I got hurt as I didnt really want to stick around longer than I had to. Alot of fun and good stuff there. Take care, bro...

my goal by september is 305 w/ 12-15%bf, gonna be tough b/c I'm starting at 350 w/ 20-22%bf, but hey gotta do what you gotta do

235-240 @ 8-10 % im starting @ 250 with eye estimate of 13-15 % but we'll see

well, it`s been four months..
I`m at 218lbs...but with a little more bf then I wanted.. I was on a good role then started working 60hrs a wk, (not by choice) ..ended up not lifting at all for the last month... oh well, the joints needed the break.. I`m back at it now and hopefully reach this goal before the summer is over..
how is everyone else doin this summer?
