BEST CYCLE

what has been the beast cycle you guys have done?
the cycle I`m on now is working real well..I`m about half way..
looks like this.
dbol 40mgs day - wks 1-4
omna 250mgs eod - wks 1-12
eq 600mgs wk - wks 3-13
tren 75mgs eod - wks 8-16
prop 600mgs wk - wks 13-16
500iu hcg wk - 1 shot a week throughout cycle

I started cycle at 215lbs, went as high as 230lbs.. started some cardio and better diet...right now I`m at wk 7...224lbs..
starting tren next wk..my hopes are to end up 210lbs at the same bf% I was at last summer when my weight was 197lbs..I think it was around 9-10%..
that would be 13lbs of hamburg! not bad for an old man....41.:-)

and dbol. as good of or better results then any other.
ohh yea some mexican deca also.

I'm currently on 250mg Test Eanth eod, 150mg Tren eod, 20mg Nolva ed and am getting the best gains I've ever had, including times I've stacked 3 - 4 different products at once.
Oh, I forgot to add I'm working with DC at the moment to so that probally has a lot to do with it :)

workin with DC eh bro? Im very curious to see what kind of results you get from his style of training. Ive heard all te story sure but would like to see and hear it from you someone I know.

I agree with the compounds, 2 or three work just as good as
stacking all the exotic and expensive hormones. I think sometimes we just make it more difficult then it realy is.
I dont think theres any secret superstack or hormone.
Maybe for contest it gets tricky but for the average weekend warrior like myslef just keep it simple.

I gotta tell ya rajjin...since I`ve been into these omnas the last couple cycles, I think omnas and a little prop once in a while are the ones for me!

Hey rAJJIN,
Yeah I'm with DC at the moment have been for near 6 weeks now, I think like a lot of guys I was a bit unsure regarding the training style at first (I'm used to multipal exercises for each body part etc) But I can now say honestly that it's the best method of training I've ever used along with a different eating plan (man so much food). I'm looking harder, leaner and bigger than I ever have (off season)

I'm sitting on 261lb at the moment started at 255lb (I'm only 5'8''), but I've also droped 3% bodyfat.

My gaol is 280lb @ 10%

I've been training and in the game for near 15yrs now and have to say this is the best way I've ever trained, it's bloody painful and the stretching is a real c**t.

Having tried it and seen how well it works I can't see me training any other way (except maybe pre-comp???)

keep up the good work, Im gonna have to give this a try.
Your saying it was well worth the Money spent to hire him it sounds. That does it Im convinced. soon as I get everything in order and stocked up to take it to the next level Im gonna try

good luck with DC training and pittbull your a freakin house! i have been reading some articles by DC for some time now and it is interesting and all i ever hear is how great the gains are. i just dont have the funds toi hire him.

I had some awesome (relatively speaking) gains using about 750 Test cyp and 40mg dbol...

Going with test/tren now....if you can believe it, Ive never ran this together and this is a first (Im loving it). I ran the tren alone last year to see what it would do/how I would react and I liked it. I know, I know...shouldnt run it alone but I didnt have any probs "saluting" so that was a good thing. Looking to see what I can do with my body over the next 8 weeks. Im going to "try" and be serious and disciplined over this time period just to see whats underneath this "babyfat" or "winter coat".

Hi Guys, Im over from a different board ( professional muscle ). What exactly is this DC Training your refering to as the gains you suggest have got me very interested to try over here in England after my show in a weeks time??

DC is short for the man that goes by the Name DoggCrapp lol
Not kidding.... Sounds funny to say that but Just Run a search for Dogg Crap
or Dante on promuscle and you should be able to pull up as much info as youll want to read from there.

honestly i would have to say the old Denkall test 400 2cc's per week
and i believe it was Tornell deca 200 at 2 cc's per week.

That was my 3rd cycle and strength gains were amazing.
