training
training is going well for me..started cardio and cleaned up the diet about three wks ago...it`s starting to show..got as high as 230lbs this winter..I`m at 226lbs right now..hope to keep it around 210lb this summer, we`ll see.
how you guys doing?

i'm smooth as hell now, holding some extra wieght but sitting at 223lbs today. now getting back in to full MMA training and lifting. feels good

sounds like your not missing any meals.
rite now Im just over 215 myself. Finally can bench 315 for sets a 10 instead of 5. I took about 5-6 good weeks off all juices
and just 3 weeks to a month ago started back up. I LOVE IT!!
Im sure as hell no Bigkiwi but Im getting better.

Good to hear, bronson....glad to see the training is going well.
I got up to about 255 in mid Jan, but I just couldnt take it anymore. I was so bloated and just felt like a lard ass (more so than before :) ). I wouldnt say Im "cutting" right now, but Im eating much, much cleaner and doing cardio during the week and Im at 230 right now and the abs are starting to show...I didnt know I had any...

sounds good rajj! ya know, this new found growth I`ve been on to this winter came after about 8 wks off...I think promatrix may be right when he says you gotta come off for continued growth..it worked for me and seems to be working for you..
he kinda helped me put together this cycle I`m on now...been on about eight wks..two wks into the eq phase, should start kicking in next wk..I`ve had some increased hunger but the eq hasn`t really came in full swing...then in 2-3 wks I start tren...can`t wait!
at that point I will switch the omnas to prop and be running tren, prop, eq...go three more wks then drop eq and run tren and prop for three more wks...bang! I`m hoping for a ripped 210lbs..that would be 12lbs heavier then last summer..at 8-10%.

255lbs...wow, thats some beef there!
ya slide, thats about what cutting is to me...clean up the diet and do cardio...I know what your saying on the abs.hehe.:-)
mine are coming back, they`ve been in hiding for 3-4 months...they look like there as glad to see me as I am them!
where ya plan on being this summer slide? weight and bf%.

yes Promatrix is a smart dude!
I deffinatley think the time off helped me out.
If nothing else it made me appreciate what the "supplements realy do. Let me tell ya lifting Natural is completley differant story.
I only thought my supplements werent working,lol

Food,
for me Food has made a huge differance as well.
Can stress how much of a differance it makes. before I would catch myself slacking at times or even skipping meals.
Even with steroids it has 99% to do with which way the scales are going to tip. lifting and juicing are EASY and fairly inexpensive
compared to the food. Gettin all that food in (and I dont mean
bowls of lucky charms) is were the battle is, atleast for me.

Lucky Charms....Damn those sound good. I ate a whole box of that Oreo Cookie cereal last weekend..that stuff is good! (Ok, when I said I was eating much cleaner, I meant Mon - Sat and I pig out on Sunday)
Bronson...as for this summer, I havent really even thought about it until now. Id like to see whats under these layers and layers of what I like to refer to as "babyfat", so we will have to see what happens. I like to eat and I dont like cardio so me dropping the BF anymore is probably unlikely..
