ok, it stops estrogen conversion. how much and how often? and will it stop me from getting bloated? or does nolvadex work better to stop the bloat?

The half life is 48 hours so you only need to take the dosages once eod. Effective dosage is 0.25-1mg/day. As far as which will work better at stopping your bloating, I’m not sure.

Armidex is a non-competitive inhabitor of estrogen. It will shut it down

Nolvadex is a competitive inhabitor of estrogen, it competes for the recepter sites

The dose will depend on how much gear you are taking... 1/4 tab ed or a 1/2 tab eod will do you in most circumstances.
The water is not always bad for you.. for instance winny will dry your joints out, make them ache... But the water will help in this matter!
Choose wisely, depending on your gear!

not disagreeing with anyone here, but if water retention was my concern, i would use novaldex
