this post was some time ago.. did you make the plunge?
I`ve been off and on gh the last couple years.. mostly 2-4iu, 5 days a wk.. I have never used it just for just growth, I`m 41 and use for anti-age benefit and it does seem to solidify gains for me..
last summer I weighed 197lbs, ripped in the summer.. I`m pretty close to bf as last summer and I`m at 221lbs.. so the gains have been steady.. I`ve been using gear as well.. anyway for comp you`d probably want to talk to someone in that feild for best results..
