What do ya do?

I know a lot of the guys here work in health clubs. My boss just came down and said I need to have a talk with the several guys who have bad B.O. How do you guys go about this? What do you say without being a dick?

Hmm,they probably spend all there money on gear and can't afford deoderant,j/k.Just pull them aside and politely tell them the situation,and that certain members are complaining.After all they're the ones that smell,not you so don't feel bad.Happened in my gym and thats what the owner did.

Sometimes it is actually the gear that causes the BO. This is not true in all cases but i have witnessed (smelled) my friends first hand who used to smell normal. But once the EQ and ENTH started kicking, YIKES!!! they were stinky bitches. Make sure it's BO and they don't have some other problem first that they might get insulted about. Or, get a box of mini deodorant sticks and pass them out starting with those guys. If that doesn't work, just be blunt. That always works for me

Trust me non of these guys are on the gear. We have about 4 of them running around and they just stink to high heaven. One guy is so bad that people actually got off their treadmills and went to our second floor to use the track. We provide deodorand for free in our lockerrooms. I was so embarressed the other day. I was talking to a couple of ladies and I could smell this guy walk by. I had to tell them it wasn't me.

when I was a superviser I had to address that a few times...
I just told them to remember there were alot of other people around and they needed to make sure to use enough old spice! :-)

I'd love to smell that!! About two gallons of OLD SPICE mixed with about 2 weeks worth of no showers and BO!!! MAN THAT WILL PUT HAIR ON YOUR CHEST!!
