I am trying to accomplish two things. One legs and back are lagging body parts because I have trained them very few times in the last year due to back surgery. All others look good and proportionate. Also latley I am a little tired. I now train 5 or 6 days a week. I am thinking about taking BIG A's advice an training every other day on a program that would look like this:
LEGS off BACK off CHEST/SHOULDERS off LEGS off BACK off ARMS
off. This would mean in a months time I would give LEGS &
amp; BACK 5 workouts each. CHEST/SHOULDERS &
amp; ARMS 3 workouts. Do you think I will accomplish my goals of breing up legs and back and being less tired by going to every otherday workouts
