wk 1-10: Test Cyp 400mg
wk 1-10: Tren Ent. 300mg
wk 1-12: Proviron 50mg/ed

Cardio 3-5x /wk low-intensity. Will eat at maintance lvl (high
protein, low carb, low fat) during t-3, after that will go below maint. (high
protein, low carb, moderate fat)
