i am sorry it happened but happy to hear you are on your way to recovery, listen to your doctor in moderation, lol, and listen to your body always, you will be back in the gym in no time, just take it slow, be careful, listen to your body, glad to hear you are already thinking about the gym, so in my book, YOU ARE THE MAN!!!

Thumbs up incision where??

where was the incision in lower quadrant of abdomen? if so you should be ok to lift as soon as you feel like it but obviously dont do abdominals for at least 6weeks because the cut right through your abdominal and you need to let them heal

Thumbs down that sucks

Im sorry to hear that for you. you are probly going to be sore as hell for awhile and you probably should not do legs or chest until you are fully recoverd. both those exercises will put stress on you lower abdominals. hope you heal quick, good luck!
