hey guys a little info would be great...

Is taking insulin alone very beneficial??? I have heard that you can make some good gains using it.

If this is true... where do i get it and how much should be taken to be effective without royally screwing myself up.

I would suggest using the search feature to properly educate yourself on this, as this is a must of you are gonna take the slin plunge....with that being said it has a place in bbing, (ask Kiwi) and can signifigantly add on more mass.
