I need some advice. Am a long time lifter, but have never used anything stronger than
creatine and
protein powders. I recently came across 170 5mg d-bol tablets and I really do not know how to take them. I live in the rural midwest, and I have to think it may be a long time before I can get more. With this in mind, how many should I take a day? Do I take them together or spaced out throughout the day? Should I let them dissolve under my tongue? Do I take in a lot of extra calories during the cycle? I am 33, 6 foot, 180lbs. I have been on a plateau for so long, that I sometimes wonder why I still keep grinding away. Hopefully with your advice, I will see some gains. Thanks so much.
