liv-52 is good, im taking something called silymarin right now its just 2x-300mg milk thistle w/ artichoke and dandelion extracts... good for liver tho supposedly.

I always use them when I run 17AA gear (dbol, anavar, winstrol). I usually take milk thistle 300mg 3x a day along with N-acetylcysteine. 2 years ago my liver enzymes went extremely high toward the end of a 12 week cycle without running any liver supplements. Fortunately my liver enzymes where in the normal range when running these two on my last cycle. IMO I think its definately worth the extra $15 a month to save your liver.

Any health food store will most likely carry it (GNC, walmart, grocery store) . It is an herb not hard to find.

Synthergine is the best. Do a search on it's ingredients and you'll see. Nothing comes close. It destroys liv-52 and milk thistle is dubious in it's effects.
I always use liver protectants, and when I switched to Synthergine to try it out, I was on a-50 and d-bol at the same time, and using all the other usual gear. Liver enzymes according to blood tests were not raised, and Synthergine was the only protectant I was using.

It must be good if you use bro. Planning on useing a-50, so wanted some thing good/t\ How's the a-50 and d-bol together, awsome mass gain's or what. Was going to try but everbody said not at the same time or even in the same cycle, what do you think

Does anyone use ALA too? Or find it useful. I read an article that said a study done showed whey protein helps regenerate livers in rats. Thought that was interesting.

Why don't you look up the ingredients of Synthergine, type each one of them in Google and see for yourself what each does. Not that hard to research it yourself!

A-50 and d-bol together do work awesome. But obviously don't take as much of each as if you were taking them by themselves.

I didn't phrase the question right, I mean't proof as in liver function test results. I'll follow your suggestion and look up the ingredients in Synthergine. Peace.

Been using silymarin (milk weed thistle).
Try a google search on it and check it out.
Available in your local vitamin store.
Works great for me.
My last cycle was very heavy on D-Bol.
But my blood-work came back perfect in the liver department.
My Dr. didn't seem to know much about it, but the Life-Extentsion magazine raves about it.
Lots to read on the net also.
