rAJJ is right you probably don’t need to do anything to it but if you are paranoid here are the steps.
A lot of people will heat their for 15 minutes in an oven with a
needle through the stopper allow it to cool and then repeat 2 more times. I personally believe if you are going to sterilize your gear you should do it the right way with a combination of heating and then filtering. You can read this thread about the importance of filtering your gear.

I suggest getting a couple of sterile vials, 18 gauge
syringes, .45 &
amp; .2
syringe filter. You can buy all these at the site Kaotic chemistry link or click here
http://www.kaotikchemistry.com/gpage3.html
Step 1
Alcohol swab the top of the test vial you are going to heat and insert an 18 gauge
needle through the top. Unscrew the
syringe section from it so you just have the
needle sticking out the top. Place the vial on a cookie sheet in the oven for 15 minutes then remove, cool, and repeat 2 more times.
Step 2
Using a new sterile vial, swab the top with rubbing alcohol, insert an 18 gauge
needle and unscrew the
syringe section. Insert a second 18 gauge
needle into the sterile vial and unscrew the
syringe (now you have 2
needles sticking out the top) Now you are going to attach the .45
filter to either of the two
needles sticking up from the sterile vial where you will be injecting your gear through. Using a
syringe, screw it back to the original test vial and draw up 5-10 cc. Once you have it drawn up in the
syringe unscrew the
syringe and attach it to the other end of the
filter which has one end attached already to the new sterile vial. You are going to inject the solution through the
filter and into the sterile vial. Repeat this until all the test has been filtered into the sterile vial. Once completed you may repeat step 2 but this time using a .2
filter and injecting into a new sterile vial. Sounds complicated but it really isn’t. Make sure you have all the right equipment before you start.
