A PLEA FOR HELP with an important issue!
Hey bros-
An opportunity has arrisen to present our case against the AS Control Act of 1990. Which, incidentally, is being reintroduced by dickhead Joe Biden as the AS Control Act of 2003, to include much stiffer penalties for personal use and reclassification of prohormones. We must fight this issue!
Anyway here is the pitch. Rick Collins is working to arrange a very favorable platform with HBO Real Sports for a story which we will be able to introduce our position against these horrible laws.
Interviews may be done to include people who have been arrested for possession only (no distribution charges), so we may show how the average citizen using AS for purely personal and cosmetic means can endure life altering trauma. We would like to show unjust suffering in loss of - freedom (incarceration), family crisis (raids in front of family, resulting marital problems),
employment (loss of job, or specific liscencing) and any other lasting emotional injury. May need to travel (NYC) for interview.
So if you feel you fit this profile, and would be willing to possibly help the cause against the ridiculous and progressively harmful laws, please PM me with your brief story.

well, most times they bust anyone they will charge them with intent to distribute, just on the amount the person has. so finding someone who has actually spend prison time for aas, with out a distributing charge is going to be hard to do. a better way to present it to the general public would be a totally healthy older person in their 40-60's and has used aas for many years and is totally halthy. or the person next door. a successfull normal person not excessivly huge, and muscular clean criminal record, and show that for the most part it is as harmless or less harmfull than pot. what the general public needs to know is that it is actually healthy for you to take aas, as long as you are educated, and use common sence when taking them. this is just my oppion on the subject. but I think you need the colledge kid next door, or colledge graduate that is semi muscular, and is successfull in life. if you put some super huge dude on tv, people are going to change the chanel. it cant be obvious to the average joe schmoe that the guy is on gear. I would like to see it be legal again, but we have a long difficult journey ahead of us...freak

Yes. The distribution charge is often routine. But its rarely the charge after your average plea. Unless it really is a great quantity (or if your lawyer sucks) it will be knocked down to possession.
The angle we are trying to present is how your average bodybuilder or gym goer, who is an otherwise law abiding citizen/married/working can have all those areas of his life ruined for what is essentially a victimless, menial act.

Good point was made above about including your 40-60 year old RESPECTABLE citizens who are using AS as a means of health and lifestyle improvement, and indeed cosmetically. Perhaps not too many will argue with an older person who is clearly no trouble and has contributed to society... in fact, powers that be may even identify. The public with a nervous eye on their own ageing may want to protect their interests....? Just an idea. Good luck and get behind it guys, it is very important! IronMike
