Ok I have known some wrestlers ---- even had Goldberg at one of my fights and had a lengthy convo with him.....basically there are some criteria that you have to fall in.
#1 -- be quite muscular and low bf AND be an athlete --- you have to endure a lot.
#2 -- OR be a very talented acrobat.
#3 -- you also need to be a "compelling" character, have to act, but mostly you have to market yourself and more importantly, "stick out" --- be innovative, yet be respectful to the vets, new ideas are always wanted. Not only do you have to be a good actor (not all are though) but you have to really make an impression --- on everybody always...see that is what I am saying -- to your trainers, to the fans, to anybody -- you have to BE and LIVE as this character until you finally have him down pat. If you show a lot of determination and HEART, as well as originality and that compelling feature, you will do good....Now, are you as strong as you look? what you need to do is come up with something very unique, and then advertise this character in the ring. MAKE AN IMPRESSION....The better you are at this, the more $$$ comes your way...basically I got this from talking to Goldberg and Shamrock. Although Ken in all reality was not cut out for it.
