optimal depth for fascia streching...

thier cannot be an exact # on this, but for your arm size im sure thier is... im wondering whtas optimal for me few factors ive came up saying only focusing on biceps is total arm diamete, size of each head of bicep... now my "arms are 18.5" that says nothing about my bicep tho if im all triceps, i'll attach a pic to show the look I have going on right now, im wondering if im going deep enough i have no fat at all on arms when they are bent i cannot get a skin fold, with that in mind im able to burry 1" 25g with no extra pain, i just got in 1.5" 25's can i burry this, or am i at greater risk, or greater chance for benfeit also I alternate where i shoot from directly the side of the muscle, from comming from the top. i kinda made a diagram to show for inner heads where im shooting, Ive decided also not to go over 2ml per head, right now I just started today the real synthol, was doing NF grade oil for about 10 days previously already gained 1/2" from that.

ive made a diagram of various spots i will poke, any one suggest to avoid any spots or foucs on certain ones also looking for that input on optimal depth.

also my main goal is to get my peak up.

so what exactly is your Questions?

yes you can use A 1 1/2 inch pin.
I go straight down with mine no side or angles.
thats A lot of differant areas if you just want to get the peak up.
you arms will be all swoled up,lol

heres how I do the peak myself,
Flex in front of the Mirror, looking at them from the rear
I mark the peak with a pin,relax and inj rite beside the mark.
I started at 1 and nowe days can use 3-4 in the peak no problem
or lumps. It will sure pop them up there Ive used 3 Syntherol
1 pnp and 1 Esikclean with the collagen base instead of the
silica base. Out of All my personall choice for results are the Syntherol. I stll have 75-80 ml of the Esicklean up in the drawer
It was A gift from the guys at Zoelabs to get my opinion on it.
it worked I will say that but Im Loyal to the Synthetek company
and do beleive in the Quality of there products. Ive used them
for a few years now.

just hit a side shot and one through the top...with all those spots you're just asking for an abcess. Just hit the meat of the muscle belly.

I was just told to move around inj spots to avoid abcess, so its confusing to hear 2 sides now.

There more spots within the muscles you inject, the less the chance of an abscess occurs. A sterile abscess will occur if too much oil accumulates in a certain area - that won't happen if you move the sites around.

1" is plenty for bis. 1.5" could be too long in a lot of areas of the bicep - you could hit the bone or leave the muscle and shoot in the other head or in betweent he heads. That's what happens to those people that the oil seems to 'travel' down to their elbow - they missed the muscle and inj in between the heads.

thanks for clearing this up u can actually feel the oil running down ur arm, know I know why.

Also, make sure that you fully massage the area after each shot, so the oil disperses properly. And inj slowly so you do not develop lumps.
