After years of chewing Kodiak, I've finally quit. I've had a real problem with nicotine addiction and hopefully I will be solved for good.

Good luck with staying off it. I had a nicotine addiction to and just recently stopped. Whatever you do don't listen to the voices telling you that you need a dip.

wish i had that tye of will power... ive got a couple things id like to be able to drop for good... but i guess its a marathon, so as long as i realize my probs, and make the effort to deal with them, i am making progress.

Yeah I gave up cope about 7 years ago cold turkey. Hard at first but worth it when you get past the craving stage!

quit smoking over two months ago and I still want one. Fucking sucks. But I can smell, taste, and breath better. And after you quit you realize how fucking nasty that shit is .

Thanks for the comments guys. The time was right and I made up my mind to quit. Every time I drive by a gas station I get the urge to pop in and pick up a can. I give myself a minute and the urge passes.

Rajjin: The powerlifting is going well. I've never been this strong in the off-season before. Gonna tear it up at the Nats in November.
