hey all, griz, hope all is well. BBA, man, long time no talk.. the tank ended up with like 3 fish, they kept killing each other...

i miss hanging with you guys... i have to get a hernia fixed before i will be hitting the gym hard again. once you come off the juice a while you find all sorts of shit wrong with you lol.... seriously... it's weird.... you go off, then doc says... hey look at this lol...

i have been clean since aug 11th 2001 bros. it took about one year to get my body right again, just like huge said. then after a huge crash in size, size started to come back on it's own... my set body weight is still higher than before i juiced, but not by much really. i lost 45 pounds of mass in the first year clean.... DEPRESSION!!!!! but i had some health shit cause of juicin with no time off, or breaks for too long. i would never cycle more than 18 weeks without at least 6 off ever again, but i am also 31 now... i aint 18 any more!!! haha
