My buddy says they are goin to give him a drug test piss test and blood test. How long will it be before he should take this test he's on adrol and test prop.

More times then not they are looking for narcotics and not steroids. The tests for steroids are expensive.

Echoing what J.Dokes said, I have taken NUMEROUS tests for probation, jobs, EVEN for sports.... ALL the while I was on all sorts of juice....so you see, they are looking for rec drugs, etc...
Hormone tests like he said are expensive and need to be sent to a lab, and even then, it is a very complicated process, that has to measure ratios etc...now that is blood, in the piss they detect for metabolites, which again, is a seperate test that tests solely for anabolics.

Tman2002, I used to be one of those guys that would test your friend's urine/blood in the hospital. This was my first job in a lab (lab tech). At any rate, I enclosed the drug panel that is most commonly used at hospitals as well as other governement positions. I also listed a nice little reference table for the detection times of each anabolic. Hope this helps.


There is no single drug test that will detect each and every substance consumed by you. Each drug must be tested for independently. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) specifies that the minimum test be for the following 5 categories (this is commonly referred to as a 5 panel test by the drug testing industry):
-Amphetamines and methamphetamines (Ectasy will show up here, as well as the diet pill Phentermine)
-Cannabinoids (Marijuana and Hashish)
-Cocaine
-Opiates (this includes Heroin, Opium, Morphine and Codeine)
-Phencyclidine (commonly known as PCP and Angel Dust)

• While this is usually the minimal test, additional testing can include:
-Anabolic steroids (Stanazolol, Nandrolene, etc.)
-Barbituates (includes Amytal, Fioricet, Nembutal, Seconal)
-Benzodiazepines (includes Ativan, Klonapin, Librium, Valium, Xanax)
-Methadone (used to overcome withdrawal symptoms from Opiates)
-Methaqualone (Quaaludes)
-Propoxyphene (includes Darvon and Darvocet)

they only test for 4 things. canibis, opiates, methanphetamines, and pcp. if it is a state test, its usually a hair gastralnonomy test. basically they take any body hair, and vaporize it, in order to detect the chemicals. they have kits you can buy in most bong stores. they come compleate with bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. if its a urine test, its usually the facility that does it. they are not as effective, and the detection time is cut down to only a few months, and days for most orals. in this case they also sell creatine drinks you can take the day of the test, and they clear your body of all toxins, along with the chemices they test for. I run a restaraunt, and almost all my employees smoke weed. they buy that test clear, anytime there is an accident, and have never tested positive. so I can say it works. good luck bro...freak
