Thought i would share my exp with dieting up to this point. Some things that have a made a tremendous difference in knocking off body fat.
1. Drinking green tea 2x a day early in the day
2. Clen 2 weeks on 2 off

Synthetine 3cc before cardio, Syntheslen the same
4.Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, but take 10bcaas before the cardio, 35-45 min
5. 2 grams of protien per lbm and rotate carbs from 70-150 throughout the week and have a cheat day with 2 cheat meals.
6. Limit fat as it should be around 10-15% of diet since its so calorie dense and doesnt build the body nor provide effecient fuel such as carbs.
7.Bcass and aminos should be used along with high quality

glutamine around 30 grams works well.
