best way to take hgh

im going to take 6 months of jinotrophin hgh for the first time,i wont be taking insulin but i will be taking test and deca for 12 weeks, then eq and winny for the last 12 weeks, im 6'2 230 with 10%bodyfat, i need advice on how many iu to take and what time of day to take them, thanks-negativone

i would start off 4-6 iu.

I have the Jintrophin 10 iu kits and I split a vial into 2 days. I found myself in a discussion with a retired bodybuilder (won the 92 monster mania) last night at the club about dosing times and strategy. His advice was to take it in the Am opposite to what most people said. Like dave said to___ 4 to 6 ius daily. Also to take while the stomach was empty. Or to take it twice a day for increased fat loss. Professionalmuscle.com has a ton of info about it though.
