my cutting cycle...
used many times before...
had a lot of training injuries, personal issues...etc
here is my "cutting cycle"
wk1-8 test prop 100 ED
wk1-8 Tren 100 ED
wk1-8 Winny 50 ED
i think ill add ....
clen at 40 mcg first two weeks, and increase to 120 mcg by week 6 or eight...
i will also be starting mild cardio, otherwise i lose size!
wt. 202
ht 5-8
bf apprx 10-11 %
hope to shed about 3-4% BF during that time, while keeping muscle...i would like to finish about 195. ....
but much much harder...
does that seem to be too "ambitious" a goal, to lose 4 % BF in that time frame?
