Creatine and Cycling
I have heard both sides argued that it should be used during your cycle and that it is actually unsafe to be used during cycling.I just wanted to see what you guys had to say about the issue.

maybe post cycle, so you dont lose to much wieght. but during...... unsure about that, never read a article for or against it
