Night before 1st show!

Well the time has come (bloody fast too) for my 1st show and it's only a night away. The nerves have kicked in a lot and probally won't get any sleep tonight.
I'm looking really good but still to smooth for what I'd hoped, however I wasn't to know who my body would react to dieting etc and at one point for round two weeks didn't loose a thing! So this will be a run through for all the shows to follow and now I've a much better idea of what to expect and how my body will react.

Oh, also a huge thank you to BIGKIWI for all his help in my preperation and putting up with me on the phone wanting to chuck it all in, then talking me round, in the end it's all worth it.

I'll post some before and after pic's as soon as I get them off my friends dig cam.

did my first show this year too...weeks twelve to four were great, then i went weeks four to two where doing the show seemed foolish and impossible. then i snapped out of it and went hard for the last two weeks...regardless of my placing, i am so FUCKING PROUD OF WHAT I ACHEIVED WITH MY PHYSIQUE!! you should be too, no matter what the outcome, remember you accomplished something most guys could'nt even dream of and that alone is like winning in my book!

I am sure the smoothness will go away quickly when you carb up and get the flatness out of your muscles. After carb depleting its amazing what carbs do. Viens blowing out everywhere. I am sure you will do fine kick some ass./t\

Good luck bro...remember my 1st show back in the 80's...have a great time, you will never regret it & never forget it...when the expediter calls you up, there is no better rush in the whole world... tear um up...& post some pics, oh yea watch what ya eat after the show..I went nuts w/ the food, was sick for 3 days after(w)
