Its a post cycle.

then for me hcg is a must to get the boys going again.
I like to use both clomid and hcg togather, never even taken a
nolva tab but had some in my drawer for a year now,lol
as far as an anti-e goes Proviron would be my choice

I use just clomid post cycle. Works good for me.
