wife needs a little help

My wife has about 4 weeks to get ready for a photo shoot she is 5'7'' 120lbs she looks great but needs some extra firmness and or definition we can pretty get any supplement just dont know what to get her don't want anything to strong or with many side effects please help

Anavar being first choice, Primo 2nd, winny 3rd. Do a search on doses for a woman.

I agree with Mike Man , Anavar and Winny would be good choices, but I don't know if she will get the hardness she's looking for in 4 weeks.

You'll be able to find most of the info you need to know about womens AAS over there..

I personally say steer clear of winni....every gal I have seen on it, had virilization.

Try some var with perhaps some proviron.

The anavar is a good idea, but I thought that proviron was a strong androgen.

Would be a good addition. Proviron is more like an anti-e, but does have some very mild AAS effects.
If I were you smooth, I think you would have better results with a very clean calorie restricted diet, clenbuterol, and something to shed off the excess water in the last week. You do have 4 weeks to make this happen. I have seen very good results happen in that amount of time.

I would go with anavar, the g/f had to drop winny bec of joint pain about 4-5 weeks in, now shes gonna run var 10-14 weeks low dose 5-10mg instead.
