Is that when injecting we go "through" a vein and inject the bolus below. Upon pulling the
needle out some tren gets into the bloodstream through the
needle trail in the muscle then the hole in the vein. I never get the tren cough until after I pull the pin out. I haven't gotten blood while aspirating in quite some time (knock on wood). I do notice each time I get the tren cough the injection site bleeds more than normal... hence knowing I went though a vein. Just a theory. A pierced vein will close very quickly so not much tren gets in the bloodstream. You can, however, get some idea what might happen if one doesn't aspirate and does inject directly into a vein. It would be a nightmare for sure. Once again... just my theory but the tren cough is very real and there HAS to be an explanation as to why it don't happen every time.
