I have been wondering how many sets do you guys do for large/small bodyparts? I have always done 9-12 for large and 6-9 for small. I want to change it up a little so let me see your routines! thanks guys!
I just got home from the gym and I think I did 15 just for my back which I work once a week. Out of them 12 were true hard work sets. I have been training hard for 2 3/4 years and I may overtrain, but I don't want to short myself.
Thats the dilema I am always fighting.... when you are on do you want to do a little too much or back it off.....I always tend to go a little overboard, but it feels great when on. Anyone else have any insight on the subject?
