Injection volume?

Question Injection volume?

Hey guys is it ok to do 3cc for quads and rear delt injections of test and eq? I have been doing 2cc per site but want to go to 3. If not I can just add 1 more injection per week. thanks for the help as always!

naw it shouldnt be a problem at all.
Id say go for it, 3cc in rear delt huh? hows that feel
ive done front an sides but never the rear.

rears are great cant feel a thing! Hey rajjin where do you hit the front delt at?I want to start hitting it but am a little leary of hitting something!

just raise your arms straight in front of you, mark the not
in front with a pin, relax and poke. i go kinda down an in
with a 25x5/8
