FIRST CYCLE QUESTIONS

FIRST CYCLE QUESTIONS

IVE JUST STARTED MY FIRST CYCLE AND WAS WONDERING WHETHER YOU GUYS COULD OFFER SOME ADVICE?
IVE BEEN TAKING 2ML OF 100MG DECA & 1ML OF SUSTANON 250 PER WEEK.
IVE BEEN TRAINING FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND WEIGH 175lbs
DO I NEED TO INCREASE MY DECA OR SUS?
ALSO I WAS THINKING OF ADDING SOME D-BOL ASWELL?

FOR A 6 WEEK COURSE I PAID $150 IS THIS GOOD VALUE OR AM I BEING RIPPED OFF?

First would like to welcome you.
now for your questions. 100mg/perml of deca Im gonna just assume you have Norma 2ml vials 100mg/ml. So that along with the sustanon you have a total of 12amps. at 150$ thats just over
12 per amp and yes thats pretty high but not bad for good human grade gear which it sounds you have. eventually stick around a wile you will find it for 1/2 that price depending on who you know.

Q2. 6 weeks isnt very long and you have a very small amount of gear. its realy not gonna take full effect untill a few weeks in and by then your cycles 1/2 way over or better, not to mention those are very mild doses but you should see some gains if its your first run and you EAT your protein.

My advice is double both the length and the doses of your cycle.
take 2 of each per week even better yet if you can swing it take
your 400mg of deca (2vials if there normas) and take a sustanon
Eod or every third day atleast.
A lttl d-boll never hurt anyone and would go well with your sustanon and deca, most like to use it in the beginning though
to Kickstart the cycle. if you get it just take 25-50 mg per day.
if you get tabs split em up evenly throughout the day.
goodluck and dont forget to eat an sleep, do these three
things and the magic will start to happen ole`boy

|--[\\\]>---------- i say at least 500mgs of sus a week and 300mgs of deca a week...dbol would be a GREAT addition from weeks 1-5 at 30-40mgs a day.

MOST IMPORTANT!!!

EAT, EAT, EAT! Tons of protein. for your size I would recommend a minimum of 2gr per lb of body wt and even over 3 if you can.
That is waht is going to have the most influence on your gians and how well you can retain them to make them permanant.

i agree totally with the above posts, but you should have planned this out a lil more before you started, but you live and learn. also, do you have your post cycle therapy ready? i'm not bashin you in anyway bro, good luck but most importantly EAT BIG, GET BIG!!
